I'm sick. I have the worst sinus infection ever and I feel like death. Yesterday, I didn't do anything. I laid in bed and let my hubby take care of me!! BUT I drank shakeology. I couldn't tell you anything about it, except that I drank it. I'm very sick.
Day 2 I get up and make my shake. I made it with milk because water was gross and added some peanut butter. Good stuff.
I can't really do a great review because I'm sick but I can say that I didn't eat alot and I didn't want any snacks. That's. Awesome.
